Accessibility Statement
Effective date: October 16, 2026
1. Our Commitment
DealerPointe, LLC (“DealerPointe,” “we,” “us” or “our”) wants everyone to be able to use our public website at www.dealerpointe.com (the “Website”) and the Censa™ application (“Censa”), including people with disabilities. We are working to make our digital content accessible and usable for all users.
2. Our Accessibility Goal
Our goal is for the Website and Censa to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is a goal we are working toward. We do not claim that the Website or Censa fully conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA at this time.
3. What We Are Doing
Steps we take or plan to take include:
Considering accessibility when we design and build new pages and features.
Using clear headings, descriptive link text and plain language.
Providing text alternatives for meaningful images.
Working toward sufficient color contrast and support for keyboard navigation.
Reviewing our content with automated testing tools and manual checks.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
Some charts and score graphics in Censa may not yet have full text alternatives.
Executive report PDFs may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. We can send the report in another format on request.
Third-party tools such as Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Teams, are controlled by their providers.
We are working to address these limitations. If you run into a barrier, please let us know.
5. Third-Party Content and Tools
Some features rely on third-party services, such as Microsoft Bookings for call scheduling and Microsoft Teams for video calls. We do not control the accessibility of those services, but we will help you find another way to reach us or get the information you need.
6. Requesting Help or Alternate Formats
If you have difficulty using any part of the Website or Censa, or need information in a different format, contact us. We can, for example:
Help you book a call by email instead of the online scheduler.
Provide Website content or an executive report in an alternate format, such as a Word document, large print or plain text.
Arrange accommodations for a Microsoft Teams call, such as live captions.
To help us respond, please tell us the web address or feature involved, the problem you had, the assistive technology you use (if any), and how you would like us to contact you.
